Mercedes assisted me with my late mother who was bed bound and had dementia. Mercedes shows empathy and is a very caring young women. Nothing is to much trouble for her and she is always willing to do as much as she can to help. She helped me to understand my mother condition more in depth and gave me extra support to manage it. I feel Mercedes is very reliable and trust worthy person if you need anything just ask I'm sure she'll be able to help or point you in the right direction.
